Deals and Loyalty Rewards, what to look for.

Deals and Loyalty Rewards, what to look for. Back in early Y2K years, before it was popular, cool or exciting, I was an extreme couponer.  I wound up on TV twice and there was an article about me in the local paper.  I continued with it pretty much up until Covid lockdown.  I am very proud to say we did not run out of Toilet Paper – So that was the end of that.  I do buy TP as we need it.  There are things I do stock up on if the price is right, but I digress…. Folks, when I tell you what a difference having a medical card makes, I promise you, you can score some serious deals.  Also find a dispensary that has loyalty rewards, compare loyalty rewards, sign up for all of them. The Dispensary I call my home dispensary has a robust point reward offers discounts for a host of topics (Wax Wednesday, Terp Thursday, etc), another neighboring dispensary rewards includes accumulating points for $$ off, and 2 select accessories each month, like lighters, pack of papers, poker, etc.   Does the dispensary offer a senior discount, discount for medical card holders (if it’s a recreational dispensary).  Can you stack discounts? So Liz how can I walk out of the dispensary yelling “Start the car, start the car” like the Ikea lady LOL? Sign up for Loyalty Rewards Opt in to their email or text updates –  LOL There are days I hear from my dispensaries more than my kids. If you get rewards points, don’t rush to cash them in.  Let them accumulate.  Depending on what your dispensary offers in ways of discounts, daily deals, sales trends, (My dispensary knows they won’t see me unless there is a 30% off sale LOL I call it when they send the Bat Signal) etc.  You may find yourself with a sale that has something you like or something you want to try for 30%+ off, I’ve seen 7 gm of pre-ground for under 20 bucks That’s an ounce for $80!!   I’ve seen people get One dollar pre-rolls for under 50 cents with  their loyalties.  I’ve seen 75% off sales. These are just a few things to pay attention to.  If you would like to learn more about how to get the best deals possible, and the goal – some free weed LOL.  Reach out, I can help. Lighting up now!

OMG – What does all this mean? Sativa / Indica / Terpenes

OMG – What does all this mean? Sativa / Indica / Terpenes Back in the day weed was much simpler as I have previously mentioned.  You took what was around, and shared with who was around.  Life really was good.    Fast Forward 50 years later – LEFT: [I mean that literally 50 years is a total fast forward, you blink and Medicare is staring you in the face.] and all of a sudden we are hearing things like Sativa / Indica / Hybrid / badder / terpenes.  Terpenes – that’s a whole different language. It can be overwhelming, confusing, possibly even frustrating.  So I asked Google and this is what it answered: Chemical Composition?  Wow is it really that serious?  I just want some weed!  It’s not *that* serious and honestly it’s not hard.  Knowing what all this means will help all of us in what we want vs. what we get.   As a general rule based on reviews I’ve read: Sativa:  Energizing  Indica:  Sedating Hybrid: the best of both and cultivated either Sativa leaning (higher percentage of Sativa to Indica), Indica leaning (higher percentage of Indica to Sativa) For me, I am an Indica / Indica Leaning Girl.  Sativa’s and certain hybrids increase my anxiety, so I stay away.  There is plenty for me to choose from.   Now what about “consumption methods”:  OMG – Now joints have filters, Well, That’s new LOL.  We had pipes, water pipes, bongs.  But with all the new types of offerings – vapes, budder, badder, sugar, sand, topicals, concentrates, extracts and so on, it’s a bit of overload.  Check out my resources, Everything you wanted to know all in one place.  If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
